Via Discord login (OAuth2):

• Discord ID

• Username

• Avatar

• Email (when authorized by the user)

Via contact form:

• Name

• Email

• Project message/briefing

Automatically:

• IP address (for security and rate limiting)

• Basic navigation data (user-agent, pages accessed)

The collected data is used exclusively for:

• Authentication: identify the user on the platform via Discord OAuth2.

• Communication: respond to requests, send updates on contracted projects and payment notifications.

• Provision of services: configure bots, dashboards and systems according to the contracted scope.

• Security: prevent abuse, attacks and unauthorized access to the platform.

• Improvement: understand how users interact with the platform to optimize the experience.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data can only be shared in the following cases:

• Payment processors: Mercado Pago or other gateways, exclusively to process transactions. We do not store credit card or bank account data.

• Hosting Providers: Discloud and similar, only the technical data necessary to maintain online services.

Upon service cancellation, associated data will be removed within 30 days, except when retention is required by law.
